I know this season well.
For over a decade, I was a stay-at-home mom in a blended family of six kids. I poured my heart into motherhood, family life, and holding everything together.
It was meaningful.
It was full.
It was everything I dreamed it would be.
And then… things began to shift.
As the kids grew and the house slowly got quieter, I realized I had spent years being needed—but hadn’t spent much time listening to myself. Not because I was unhappy… but because I had been focused, devoted, and all-in.
That gentle, honest question began to rise:
“Who am I now?”
As this new season approached, there was panic. I had no idea how to do life without the schedules, the busyness, and the constant presence of my kids. It felt scary—and it was a season no one can truly prepare you for.
Through the tears and the deep wish that I could have my kids small again… even just for a moment…I knew I had to face what was coming and choose to embrace it.
God used that season to open a doorway—one that led me into life coaching, mindset work, deep reflection, and a renewed connection to who I’ve always been beneath the roles.
That journey didn’t erase my past.
It expanded my future.
