I know that feeling.
I’ve lived that feeling.
For over a decade, I was a stay-at-home mom in a beautifully blended family of six kids. I gave my whole heart to the people I loved… and quietly lost parts of myself in the process. Between navigating blended family life, shifting roles, and the emotional layers of motherhood — I kept everything going... except me.
As the house got quieter, I realized I didn’t know who I was anymore.
That question — “Who am I now?” — became the doorway God gently opened.
Through life coaching, mindset work, and deep soul reflection, I began a journey of healing, rediscovery, and faith-rooted purpose. It changed everything.
And now?
I help other women do the same.

I’m a certified life coach and CIJ Clarity Catalyst trainer with a deep love for faith, family, nature, and living life with intention. I’m navigating the ever-changing rhythms of motherhood, marriage, and midlife with honesty, hope, and a whole lot of grace.
I’ve lived through layers of hardship, healing, and growth — and I believe God uses every chapter, even the messy ones, to shape us for something more.
